This is the course introduction. We set the stage for the rest of the course to come and manage expectations. Also in this section, we discuss very important aspects of set up like naming your business and corporate structure. We also look at trademarks.
15 min - 30 min
Here we review options and types of malpractice insurance policies. We note other insurance options. And we detail the specifics of and EIN, NPI number and licenses like business and resale. Where to find these applications is also covered.
30 min - 45 min
We detail other insurance beyond malpractice, like Business Liability Insurance. We also review your options for being in or out of network with insurance companies. This is a course transition to things to consider for your in-office experience. We preview what is to come in additional sections.
45 min - 1 hrs
Here we review options for your decision-making framework for things like location. We dive into EHRs, forms and payment processing. We also review vendor relationships and supplies.
1 hrs - 1.25 hrs
All things digital get discussed in this section. We review website, hosting, SEO, etc.
1.25 hrs - 1.5 hrs
We conclude this course with emphasis on patient communication. We discuss how this proper setup impacts the patient experience.
1.5 hrs - 2 hrs
This is a course overview, explaining what "Your Why" means in relation to your career in practice. The details of confidence not only as an attribute but as a practice are also outlined.
2 hrs - 2.25 hrs
Here, we go through an exercise in confidence and your why. These are tangible aspects that can be put into practice.
2.25 hrs - 2.5 hrs
Lastly, we review best practices related to the ideas of this course. Practitioners will understand how to cultivate confidence and change mindset.
2.5 hrs - 3 hrs
Exercises related to planning for your business and practice.
