This course will outline how to construct a business plan, but in a stepwise fashion that makes sense for the acupuncture practitioner. No need to do an all or nothing approach; its possible to grow into a mature business plan without overwhelm. In this course, you’ll learn:
(1) Why you need a business plan?
(2) Specific structure for your business plan.
(3) How to do this plan in stages so you don't fall prey to overwhelm?

Understand why a business plan is relevant and necessary.

Adjust expectations so this is not an all or nothing approach, but rather something feasible that can be done in stages.
Outline
0 hrs - 30 min
This will start with a course introduction. We will then move onto the content outline and sections of a business plan.
30 min - 1 hrs
Continuing with the content outline, we will break down each section. Different types of plans will be duscussed.
1 hrs - 1.5 hrs
We will then move to proper communication for your business plan. We'll also cover actionable steps for your business plan and a course summary.
