In this four-part course, Bob Damone explores the diagnoses and Chinese medicine treatments for a variety of common male conditions.
In Part One, Bob covers the treatment of male infertility in great detail, starting with the basic biomedical factors that affect male fertility including semen analysis values, as well as the basic facts regarding low sperm density and motility. He then takes the participant through the seven main Chinese medical pattern discriminations that are most commonly presented in this condition.
In Part Two, Bob provides his unique approach to understanding male sexual dysfunction through the lens of Chinese medical theory, giving participants the tools and perspective to make the right diagnosis and provide effective treatments to patients.
Part Three delves into the basic biomedical facts about prostatitis, including discussions about chronic bacterial, non-bacterial, and acute forms of the disease. Bob then details the Chinese medical theory of prostatitis, including disease diagnosis, pattern differentiation, treatment principles, and the clinical application of formulas.
In Part Four, Bob explores Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia in detail, enabling practitioners to have the full clinical understanding about this common complaint. Physical examination findings, lab results, and western medical therapies are covered in detail. This information is then re-framed in Chinese medical terms with topics covering Chinese disease categories, pattern differentiation, and treatment principles.

Outline
0 hrs - 1.5 hrs
Chinese Medicine for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Physical examination findings, lab results and western medical therapies are all covered in detail. This information is then re-framed in Chinese medical terms with topics covering Chinese disease categories, pattern discrimination and treatment principles.
1.5 hrs - 3.5 hrs
Chinese Medicine for Prostatitis. This part of the coursediscussees the basic biomedical facts about Prostatitis including discussions of both chronic bacterial and non-bacterial prostatitis as well as acute prostatitis. Then both chronic and acute prostatitis are discussed in turn in terms of Chinese medical theory including disease diagnosis, pattern discrimination and treatment principles and formulas.
3.5 hrs - 4.75 hrs

4.75 hrs - 5.75 hrs
Diagnosis and Treatment of Male Sexual Dysfunction. Knowing the different patterns that may cause male sexual dysfunction can make the difference between a poor result and a happy patient. This part of the course explains male sexual dysfunction in terms of Chinese medical theory, giving you the tools you need to make the right diagnosis and give the most effective treatments every time.
5.75 hrs - 7 hrs
