Course Overview
In Jingshen module 3 we will explore the 'Metal phase' in Chinese Medical Pediatrics. In this module you will learn how to identify patterns of respiratory and skin disorders and understand treatment approaches to conditions such as colds, flus, asthma, eczema. The intention of this module is to provide the clinician with a strong foundation in understanding the unique role of the lung/skin in maintaining mind-body balance. Special pediatric guest lecturer Galli Stoffman MD will introduce the fundamentals of managing Childhood Trauma.

Teachers
Gali Stoffman
Gali Stoffman, MD, graduated Tel Aviv University School of Medicine, in 1997. She then studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as Theory of Stems and Branches, and specialized in Pediatrics. At present, Dr. Stoffman practices integrative pediatric medicine and is head of the pediatric unit in Refuot-Meditaf clinic, as well as a private integrative pediatric clinic in Rehovot, Israel.
Moshe Heller
Moshe, a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego, has been practicing and teaching Chinese Medicine for the past 24 years. He maintains a busy practice in NYC.
Stephen Cowan
Stephen Cowan MD is a board-certified pediatrician with over 30 years of clinical experience working with children.
