Outline

  • 0 hrs - 15 min

    This is an overview all about understanding birth. The content shared includes natural home birth and natural hospital birth VBAC (vaginal birth after c-section).

  • 15 min - 30 min

    Learn about breech birth and TCM modalities to support optimizing position for a breech baby.

  • 30 min - 45 min

    Understand the different options families have for giving birth and the difference between birth in a hospital versus the home or a birth center.

  • 45 min - 1 hrs

    Learn what it means to be postpartum and the different scenarios in which a woman would be considered postpartum including abortion, miscarriage, and stillbirth.
