Assessing Eastern and Western models including the chakra system, the 8 circuit model, integral model and the holonomic model of the evolution of consciousness this is discussed in the context of addressing imbalances using East Asian medical theory, acupuncture, bio-energetics, yoga, and phase-specific exercises to re-establish balance and promote healing and growth
