This class integrates modern gerontology, neuroscience, and longevity research with time-tested principles from Asian medicine. Participants will learn how biological aging, social change, and lifestyle choices shape health across the lifespan—and how clinicians and individuals can support healthy aging, cognitive vitality, and resilience.

 

This course offers evidence-based insights alongside practical tools- acupuncture, moxa, Tai Chi that you can use immediately in clinical practice and daily life.
