In this course, Perfecting the Assessment: Force Based Muscle Tests, Derrick McBride presents the global concept of applying force to muscles for the diagnosis of orthopedic injuries and local stagnation patterns. Specific examples will be used to show the versatility of the concept presented. Some examples of tests include:(1) Differentiating Hip Abductors such as Gluteus Medius. Gluteus Minimus, and Tensor Fascia Latae (2) Differentiating Hip Adductors such as Adductor Longus, Adductor Magnus, and Gracilis (3) Trunk Stabilizers.
