The exercises offer a holistic experience, referred to in China as a &#8220;cultivation of body and mind.&#8221; The entire body is gently mobilized, and mental resources are strengthened.<\/p>\n<p>Spring: Assertiveness, balancing mood swings, supple tendons, strengthening the liver and gallbladder.<\/p>\n<p>Note: Each course in this series can be taken individually and in any order.
