If you talk to anyone who has studied and is successful in business, they will say there are lots of reasons why business fail or are not as successful as they could/should be. However, there is one thing that can mitigate almost all these errors and most failures lack: a business plan. This course looks at why a business plan is so important, gives an overview of how to create a business plan, and starts the process by discussing the management section of the plan. This course is absolutely necessary for anyone starting a practice or anyone who has a practice without a business plan. It is the ONE thing that can most positively impact your business…let’s make it happen!

 

This course is part of an ongoing series of classes in our Mastering Business for Acupuncturists series which looks at business, practice, and marketing with an emphasis on helping acupuncturists become as successful as possible. Dr. Greg Sperber is an author and also holds a Masters and Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. He is a professor at PCOM and speaks internationally on TCM business and drug-herb interactions.
