Course three explores the second dimension of psychospiritual development primarily relating to establishment of ego, emotional intelligence, establishment of personal boundaries and interpersonal territoriality/hierarchy.
Components including development of an established sense of self and autonomy, social hierarchy and power dynamics, fight or flight responses, emotional influences, a focus on physical strength and prowess and binary thinking.
Acupuncture approaches, exercises, and lifestyle suggestions to support or work with imbalances within this dimension are explored.
