This is the second seminar in the series on ageing and age-related disorders. In part one we examined the theories of ageing, from both Western and traditional Chinese perspectives. This seminar continues with the TCM approach to the treatment or management of:

> Low libido
> Cognitive decline
> Mood disorders
> Insomnia
> Blood sugar disorders

Traditional Chinese culture has always placed a high value on the unique contributions that the elderly members for the community were able to offer.
