Course four explores the third dimension of psychospiritual development primarily relating to establishment of rational and logical mentation, compartmentalization, and creating mental maps of information alongside further development of dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and internal dialogue.

 

With this comes the first development of the ego ideal and the shadow. The course will explore how these alongside acupuncture approaches, exercises, and lifestyle suggestions to support or work with imbalances within these aspects of self
