Course Overview
Please Note: This is an Audio and Reading course.
Yan De-xin is one of China's most famous TCM geriatric specialists. While Chinese have related aging to depletion and debility of the kidneys for more than 2,000 years, it was Dr. Yan who created a coherent explanation of why and how the kidneys become depleted with age. This description is based on inhibition of the qi mechanism and the development of blood stasis.
In this class, we will discuss the importance of blood stasis in geriatric diseases and various lesser known, secondary diagnostic markers for this condition.
